No. Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, styling preferences, or minor appearance variations.

5. What happens after my return request is approved?
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide a resolution as per our policy. All cases are subject to quality verification.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible and for approved cases. Refunds are processed as a Credit Note / Gift Card (Applicable only for single time use).
